BOLDLI Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time:
All orders are processed and fulfilled by our partner, Printful. Typically, Printful processes orders within 3–7 days before they are shipped out.
Shipping Times:
Delivery times vary by destination - below is a rough guide from Printful, but not guaranteed:
• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received your package within the expected timeframe, please verify your shipping address, check with your local post office, and ask your neighbours.
2. International Shipping & Customs
Customs Fees:
International orders may be subject to additional customs or tax fees imposed by your local customs office. These fees are not controlled by us, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for further details.
3. Damages, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspection Upon Arrival:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@boldlirun.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
4. Returns & Exchanges
General Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us at info@hassl.uk to start your return. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
European Union Customers:
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item remains in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised orders, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, please return the unwanted item first. Once the return is processed, place a separate order for the new item. This is the quickest way to ensure you get the product you want.
5. Refunds
Processing Your Refund:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@boldlirun.uk.
6. Delivery Issues
Missing or Delayed Packages:
If your order is delayed or missing, please take the following steps before contacting us:
• Double-check the shipping confirmation email for address errors.
• Inquire at your local post office.
• Ask neighbours if they received your package on your behalf.
If your shipping address was correct and you still cannot locate your package, please reach out to us at support@boldlirun.com with your order number for further assistance.
Note: If a mistake in your delivery address is identified after shipment, we can resend your order at your expense.
